About me:
Cheshire Cat 🙂. I love celebrating life, adore music, movement, and good food. I enjoy being in nature and absolutely adore animals. Feeling the sun on my skin and a gentle (!) breeze through my hair is pure bliss. I am deeply grateful for being able to do what I do and for all the wonderful souls I encounter along the way.
With a passion for movement and an unwavering dedication to the art of teaching, I’ve spent years honing my craft in the realm of physical fitness. As the proud owner of Studio108, I’ve cultivated a space where individuals can embark on transformative journeys towards health and vitality.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of instructing for more than 5000 hours, guiding countless individuals through dynamic workouts and empowering them to reach their fitness goals. Additionally, I’ve invested over 1000 hours in advanced training and education, constantly seeking to deepen my understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the latest fitness methodologies.
Beyond the studio, I’m known as the luminary of Soulclubbing, where I infuse my passion for movement with the infectious rhythms of soulful beats. Through Soulclubbing, I’ve created an experience that transcends traditional fitness, immersing participants in a holistic journey of self-discovery and euphoric expression.
Join me as we journey together towards a healthier, happier, and more vibrant way of living. Let’s move, let’s groove, and let’s ignite the soul within.
My teaching style:
Flow, feel, breathe! My teaching style is creative, with a vibrant blend of flowing and held asanas. I emphasize the sensation within the asana and the uniqueness of each individual, yet I also enjoy nudging my students out of their comfort zones, guiding them into an even greater sense of ease. I take pleasure in giving Shavasana massages, leaving people with smiles on their faces and love in their hearts as they transition from the mat back into their daily lives.
What´s important to me:
Values such as honesty, compassion, kindness, unity, and trust resonate deeply with me. Supporting one another and being there for each other is essential. We must move away from individualism and embrace collective strength and success.
My most profound yoga experience:
Yoga itself. It’s a journey that continuously enriches me with new surprises and experiences. It’s a way of life, a path that brings me closer to myself with every step.
When I´m not teaching:
Even when I’m not teaching, I’m usually at STUDIO 108, conducting workshops, trainings, or engaging in yoga-related activities. If not, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, relaxing at home, or indulging in cooking. And when I have the opportunity to be away for a few extra days, you’ll likely find me soaking up the sun somewhere.
Favorite place:
Oh, that’s a tough one… For me, it’s more about the people I’m with than the place itself. But given the choice, I’m drawn to warm and sunny destinations. You’ll most likely find me on a serene beach with crystal-clear, warm!!! water, basking in the sun.
Favorite song:
First and foremost, I LOVE music… So, I don’t really have a favorite song. If you’re curious about my musical tastes, just follow me on Spotify.
Favorite asana:
There isn’t just one. I remember struggling with backbends at the beginning; they simply didn’t feel right. But now, I love them. Depending on the day and my mood, asanas have different effects on me. I just adore the variety!
